DOF Scanner Calibration

hi all just unboxed my new Freedom HD have it plugged in and connected but will not pass calibration test .

Also could not find a user manual or instructions in the box it came in .. I know we Techos know everything but I found this odd ?

Are you using the calibration plate on top of the two plates??

I just use it at night when I shut down.

Are you calibrating through exo cad. Or the scan app? I like the scan app better but just my preference as I scan using the scan app. It's fantastic.

I'm going in for training in a couple of weeks . I'm off to IDS and am like a kid on XMAS and could not wait to start
My assumption was it would have had a setup booklet /instructions for basic stuff like Calibration still surprised it didn't
My reseller has been great so far I am just impatient...

Calibration was done through scan app but have been told by reseller their preference is through exocad to setup patient file then scan pressing scan app through exocad save file and open file in partial framework

They don't use door either

I calibrate with the door on, but never bother to use the door when scanning. Only issue is the rare dust floating through the scan zone- the cameras will see it and record it!
