Diamond set in bridge

Hi , I've been asked to make a porcelain fused /metal 3 unit bridge with a diamond set in one of the retainers, any ideas what the best way to proceed?

Either make a setting like a ring, or dont use a diamond.

If the customer wants fire in their stone the back must be open, although as the mouth is a cave there won't be much sparkle. I've done this with dentures, cleaning is a problem, I had Partial dep cast a setting with an Incisal edge of Crome polished super brite. A Marquis cut showed nicest fire, even with such a flat cut a 2-5 Carit clarity not to important but color should be As white (no color) as can be afforded. Good luck
