Did you use an abutment blank or out of Ti disk? It looks very nice.

Hmm canny ? Not sure what that means , is it bad or good ? :)

North Eastern English slang for something good or nice. There is no bigger compliment than being called canny.
She's a right canny lass

Thanks Pete ,

I am new at the whole Cad Cam thing , but I have to say I am thrilled !!! In only 1 hour and 20 minutes the abutment was ready . No waxing , no gold casting , so much easier ! By the way , the hex is perfect , the fit is excellent !!

What cam are you using?

I'm guessing you used a square edged tool to make those nice lines?

impressive!

I am using Yenacam 4.0 , which is actually Mayka Dental from Picasoft . I am not sure about the tool because I now started using it after 3 months I have it , so I don't remember exactly what it is called .

Perfect Dim !

Do you realize the screw ?
Do you buy it ?

On the MIKRON , the milling time for the same part is 12 minutes but it is not the same machine and not the same price .... (500000 eur !)

Bravo, trés bon travail mon ami ! :)

Thank you my friend !

The screw is the factory made one . Doc bought it .

Mikron is a whole different machine . It costs 5 times the price of mine , so considering that , I am really happy with the result !! The milling procedure was 40 minutes .

Which CAD software you are using to design the abutment, does it have the hex designs of different implant systems incorporated in the software.
