At optimal US sales figures of changing every 3 months, 350 million x 4= 1.4 billion brushes. Assuming an average profit of $0.25 to $3 that's not a lot of money between all the players. Especially at the low end of 3 and 4 for $1 packages.

I'd love to know which patent was being alledgedly impinged upon. Patent trollery has reached new heights in the last decades.

And people disbelieve when power/oil/gas companies are accused of stifling invention. This is just toothbrushes.
