i'm actually looking for a good marinade for a steak, any input bdg?

Im no good w/ measurements - its always a little of this a bit of that but...
Depending on what you mean by steak
Anything like a Strip, ribeye, porterhouse, tenderloin - dont ruin it w/ anything
Just let it come to room temp
Fire up the charcoal grill
Salt and pepper both sides just before throwing it on the grill.
Couple miutes on each side till a warm pink center (For the perfect medium rare steak - push your finger on your chin - feel the resistance? you should have the same resistance when pushing on the steak - want rare, push your cheek, want well done - push your forehead) and dig in.

Now - tougher meats like round steak or (Perfect for a london broil)
Mix a can of tomato juice, 1 beer, tad of soy sauce, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders
Put the meat in a GLASS dish and cover it w/ the marinade/tenderizer mixture
Let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours
Let it come to room temp and cook as mentioned above.
Perfect everytime.

Oh, never ruin any DELICIOUS meat w/ a gas grill either!!!

Damn, Im starving now...
(Note this is a serious recipe - the bear one above was not - bear taste like ass no matter what you do to it.)
