Isn't this just "custom " medical device stuff by definition that doesn't need to be necessarily validated, it seems bureaucratic to me

Yeah, we are just milling for friends at the moment. No official "Open for Business" yet.
Copings, PMMA, little bit of bars, some Implant surgury guides, this morning I have been milling little toys.
Working out all the tooling that I like for specific materials. Various companys, different coatings and shaped tools. I have never had so many options in my life!
Playing with strategys, all good stuff, having fun. In no hurry at all. Haven't crashed or broken it....yet! LOL
Playing with machine parameters a little still. Dead Zone, minimum radius comp values, "in-position" limits, backlash, etc....
Just dorking around in general.
