3shape scan server error

Whats it mean, and what do you do?? Double click on the icon and nothing happens.

Driver problem.
Maybe installed another software that conflicted with that.

You need to re-install or repair the drivers for the camera in the scanner.

Go to My devices and check for an exclamation mark by one of the USB or I333 ports.

Or, download and reinstall the scan server software. I actually think I have a copy somewhere if you get stumped.

Hmmm, on second thought....you say NOTHING happens?

The programs does not even launch huh?

Can you launch the program a different way?

Find that program folder in C: drive and look for scanserver.exe

Double click on that.

Switch off your scanner
Un-install the Scanserver
Re-install scanserver
Switch the scanner back on
click no then yes to update the driver
it runs a camera check and shuts down
reopen scanserver and it should be fine

I opened the control panel, and on 3shape scanserver I double clicked, and it says an error occurred while trying to uninstall scanserver. It may have already been uninstalled.
How do you reinstall it??

Fixed. Boy, am I slow. I think Ill be looking for a computer class this summer.
