Did you buy this on craigslist? Your supplier should set up the machine with the drivers, abutment library and define the output file type.
If your running dental designer from 3shape, the dongle number will validate what you are entitled to do - I would suggest you contact 3shape direct and they be able to help you.

you cant use other software with the d700 unless its from 3 shape,
