3i multiunit abutment using exocad?

How would I design a screw retained implant crown for a 3i multiunit abutment in exocad?

Implant is external hex so the doctor used a multiunit abutment and took an abutment level impression.

the multiunit from 3i is the same design as the All on 4 so you can cross use any parts that are compatible.

Aren't multi unit abutments meant for multi unit use? That is they are non engaging.....using such an abutment on a single crown will cause it to spin...
Unless I'm missing something here....you're gonna need an abutment with anti rotational elements.....
