3 Shape Placement Guide for abutments

I would like to use the placement guide feature, but it wont allow the morphing tool to nicely drag the guide around the abutments. The "bars and balls" in the creation window are cumbersome and time consuming. Couldn't get a response from 3 Shape, does anyone know the best way to get their team on it?

Send a bug repor, they are not only for bugs but yet suggestions as well.
