yes. I use a NextDent Lc-3dPrint box curing unit. My gingival material list cure time at 4minutes, comes out very hard. I cure for 1minute and
it is soft but still cured. not sure about ottoflash flashes. play around with reducing number of flashes and see what you like.
So I have a case #7 implant with #6 crown. very tight interproximal to each other.
How do you all deal with gingival mask? Try and apply pre-pour up like usual,
or do after stone cures. I'm inclined to do normally, prior to pouring, but would
like to see if I'm missing a technique.
Looking for any help on a source were I can send an Encode scan and receive STL file with gingiva so I
can print at my lab. Really dont want to spend 30$ for a model , would rather pay smaller fee just to have it unlocked for me.
when I can just plug into our workflow here. Thanks!

It seems to really "melt" the surface . I use American dental supply's bonder. Manufactured in USA and my
home state of PA.

Thanks! You'all the best!
Do you use sintering beads?
when we had this issue we would change out old beads. However we only use broken up pieces of
old zirconia pucks now and haven't had this issue since.
After many trials I have found Excel Formula repair material by St George technologies to be
my hands done favorite. to be clear, I only use repair materials for salt and pepper flippers and repairs.
I dont use for partials or full dentures. I love the way it handles and its strength...
When adding heat with a hot air welder to older valplast I get instant bubbles.
Duraflex and unbreakable don't have this prob. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong and how you add tooth to existing valplast?
So I have an old Success injection unit that works great for all my acrylic needs and for flexibles like iflex, DuraFlex and Acetal.
I like using TCS unbreakable but work arounds to get to inject with success is a royal pain.
I am not looking to spend 3,000$ at this moment for a injection unit ...
