Sorry friend! I think they look beautiful on the model. No use speculating with so little info. Could be something way off in left field!?!? Consider it paying your dues and a worthy challenge going forward, we've all been there! You've got this!
I've been hearing great feedback from all sorts of ovens and have great resources. I wouldn't hesitate. Let me know if you need specific parameters if you buy an oven. Always happy to help!
I've pressed a few rings. Nothing but great, thus far. I'm pressing in a ep300 using JPvest in 100g e.max rings with alox plunger. No cracks no reaction. I'll post my times and temps in a minutes...oven is working now..
Potential learning experience for me. I wouldn't even think twice about prepping the lingual margin down the abutment. As long as I'm not creating an undercut or prepping directly to the implant platform, I'd consider myself/patient good especially where he is at the tissue level and Dr would...
My thought is.......why would the same porcelain work ontop of both mediums for one company and not the other. Shouldn't be too great of temp difference due to the lower firing /melting(cough cough) parameters of the emax material.
Thinking maybe if the ceram is barely within both thermal...
Seperating/pulling at the margin is all I heard. Could've been a scare tactic. Said that it could come down to a tweek in oven temperature. You are a GC sponsored(?) man who is probably well watched. You okay saying that sort of thing? Joking mostly......
I am very happy to hear of your...
Really would like to try out the new LiSi. Getting tires of emax ceram and loving the results/feedback from other GC users. I use GC MC and Love it but went the e.ceram route a couple of years back on the ceramics side so that I don't have to have multiple porcelain kits.
Heard some labs were...
I compared evident vs labstar a couple of years back. Price was a factor and also I received sine good follow up/follow through from Jeff at Labstar. Pulled the trigger and have been very happy with product and support since. Jen is awesome to work through initial training and support since...
Cut a partial out of a pick up impression, like usual, and broke the frame. Suspecting a crack before I ever got it but that is me being optimistic. Trying to give the doctor and patient an answer instead of a problem. Anyone experienced? It's sitting on a stable model.
Thank you for the info John. Someone like that is always good to have in your back pocket. I was convinced to try out a titanium bar from *** after a very helpful conversation. Kind of excited to give it a go. I'll post some pics, whether any of you care to see them or not......Eviltongue
