Sold Going out of business Fire sale! No actual fire.

CreativeTech: If you mean that you are a one-man lab, so was I. My only advise is to get people to help you run your business if you do not want to get out of owning. Only advise though as I had to quit and work for someone else myself. Hopefully I am making the correct choice.

Sold Going out of business Fire sale! No actual fire.

I wish I had money to retire. Not even old enough now. Just tired of running it all myself. 99% likely already got dragged back into the field. At least I don't have to worry about making a resume.

Sold Going out of business Fire sale! No actual fire.

I'll try to be more concise next time. I just have a lot on my mind, a lot to do, and little time to do it. You know, same old same old.

Sold Going out of business Fire sale! No actual fire.

I am done running my own business and getting rid of everything. I don't care one way or the other, so for now, since my technology skills are low to none, there will be no pictures. Also, since my landlord was always so nice to me, I told him I would ask if there was anyone interested in the...

dust management, silicosis, and UIP lung disease.......

So... disposable vs. reusable is not as important as making sure it is vented? Just asking cause I would like the cheapest acceptable option if I feel I need it. Is Amazon the best place to get this stuff nowadays? Man I am a dinosaur. Found out I need an amazon business account to even get...

dust management, silicosis, and UIP lung disease.......

Sorry if this has already been covered, but I just got a wakeup call. The gentleman I bought my business from just got diagnosed with UIP lung disease. This disease is fatal, no cure, except possible lung replacement. Now, he used to smoke, has had several heart attacks, has stage 4 prostate...

    Scrap refining

FYI: just used Bonner metals again. Big mistake. By my figures they gave me back approximately 1/3 of what I should have gotten. That number is derived by comparing a similar settlement to a different firm( Midwest) previously, while also cross-checking amount billed for metal in the...

Changing metal for my ex3 porcelain

Sorry all you tilite fans, but nickel isn't a good thing either. Also, calling beryllium "berilite metallic compound", i don't think changes any adverse effects. Of course, it would seem their opinion is that since technicians are already inundated with the use of hazardous materials, that is...

    NO OXIDATION NECCESSARY?!?!?!?!???!!?

In a world of google, bing, etc., it is amazing I feel any need to actually answer with specifics, but what the hey, slow week. Wirobond C from Bego, (Wirobond SG is very similar, just not certified),Colado CC from Ivoclar, Argen has 2 such alloys but has neither certified (god only knows...

    NO OXIDATION NECCESSARY?!?!?!?!???!!?

Replying to old threads is probably just talking to myself, not unlike any other day at the office. Right off the top of my BS head, I will say that there are at least three no nickel, no berylium, fda approved NP metals out there. Some have even been independently tested to be as compatible...

    Measuring your scanner's accuracy.

Come on guys, some of us might actually want to buy a scanner some day. Unless this is just a bunch of puffing of the chests, lets see the results... Hey, will those balls work on the intra-oral scanners???, just in case someone out there has access to one to play with.

    Artimax vs Wow

Monotrac, Monotrac, Monotrac, though I still do use solid-models to check contacts, just in case. And yse, I have tried both WoW and Artimax. My question is, Why would you ever want to use a pin when you don't have to?, or are the newer artimax articulators pin-free?

    Ibex Summit Press Furnace

Still dialing it in. Down to 905c and 6:35 time ( dropping both gradually as I work to lessen reaction times using Microstar investment). I do not have a large volume of Emax, so I am still dialing it in. Otherwise, is great compared to old ep 500. I have heard that if you use Talladium...
