I agree with you both. It sounds like at least two jobs, with both parties set up for disappointment.
Specific job descriptions saves a lot of time and prevents misunderstandings for everyone involved--including current employees.
I can see both of their uses but thought that Pekkton was a higher quality in the same family as PEEK (see below). I'm very excited about its use in implant and removable cases.
I would try 30 minute bench set first and if that doesn't work, also try wax solvent to clean the teeth and then wipe the solvent off the teeth with a dry teri cloth towel. Let us know how it turns out.
Crowns made on our poured models have fine occlusion our client tells us, but the crowns made from a digital model like the one below have premature occlusion on the crown. Any ideas what some of the reasons could be?
