I agree . Printed models are not as accurate. Always make restorations from scan data.

Does anyone use lab analogs that are not by the manufacturer?

Have you had success with one engaging and one non engaging.? Seems like it would be stronger. I have never felt comfortable with non engaging bridges. (But I still make them.)It seems like only the screws are holding in in place.

There is way more to running and owning a dental lab than making a good crown. Believe me it is harder than it looks. I agree with some of other members that you should have more experience. Also don't bite the hand that feeds you now. This is a small industry. Reputation is everything.

Check out Radica material from Dentsply for temps. They come out beautiful. We found it better than Sculpture or acrylic for temps.
