For hard only nightguards I use Hygenic's clear heat cure and come out so clear sometimes hard to find one if I drop it! :-) Simple process nothing special, throw it in with my dentures to cure for 8hrs and done!

    Hard Soft nightguards

Ok missing something here? Hard /soft nightguards. I use proform dual Laminates, hard on the outside soft on the inside and very thin. You can add to it via clear acrlic and it bonds excellent, to build up the occlusal table so all teeth are in contact. Counting coffee time about 15 minutes...

    Adding to Valplast

I do not touch Valplast for repairs-I will add teeth by using braided wire heated and embeded into the valplast and attach tooth to the wire and it works great. If the Dr's wants a new one I have several labs I recommend to them. I have enough headaches in a day, why add Valplast to it!

need advice on Ivocap processed dentures

OUCH! Wax solvent? @ 22$ a gallon? WHY? denture are not highly profitable to begin with and add more cost on top for processing? Not here. Tide detergent with borax as stated above, cost about 3cents worth and a nice clean mold and tooth surface, and the lab will smell great like a laundry mat...

need advice on Ivocap processed dentures

Not sure about Ivocap method. I still use the old tried and true press packed method. However, some steps must be the same: A clean water boil-off, wash mold with brush and soap! There are only two that work best-Palmolive or tide which are detergents not soap. wash/rinse/wash again and rinse...
