    Beginner implant tech.

off the top of my head, seems like you have a transfer for Mini, but an implant for Regular size. the colour coding suggests the implants are Yellow for Mini, and Green for Regular. ask doc EXACTLY what was placed so this doesnt happen again.

Bulletproof milling machine hard materials EU

i don't know millbox well enough to know how it used replacement geometries, but i do know hyperdent and it sounds like your hyperdent provider did have some well constructed solutions if they have solutions for this out already. but this is just one example. there are plenty of others.

Bulletproof milling machine hard materials EU

you just want good support with quality, well tested CAM, backed by real engineers. again the part of this equation that we can't bulletproof is your part designs. as a CAM engineer myself, i can make a strategy to mill a part and then you come along and all the work i did now needs tweaking...

Bulletproof milling machine hard materials EU

no, is absolutely not a legit request. you cannot compare milling metal to milling zirconia. your experience with single crowns does not compare with implants. there are 3 pieces of physics that you do not experience with zirconia that you totally exprience with metal milling: 1. work...

    Mihm vogt HT-2/M/ZIRKON-120

astonished. consult the bit of paper inside your zirc puck box. it usually has sintering instructions written in there. this furnace has 4 possible stages typically used for initial ramp, initial hold, final hold, and cooling. as every zirconia is different you will usually be able to create a...

    Sycotec VS jäger spindle

don't get it mixed up. Versamill 300 and 500 come with Sycotec Arum or imill come with Jager. the change in spindle is one reason Versamill stand out from other Arum vendors. this is the spec sheet for the Jager spindle you will find here in red that you obtain torque ever decreasing as...

    Sycotec VS jäger spindle

are they high speed spindles (high speed = over 15k rpm) if so, they are somewhat similar if not, then the torque will be important. are you comparing AC spindles? air cooled or liquid cooled? they have different characteristics. its not like Jager wakes up every morning and says Today i'm...

Bulletproof milling machine hard materials EU

bulletproof lmao no. you don't buy bulletproof machines, CAM, or tooling. you will only ever have as much bulletproofing as your CAM engineering team can provide. if you are not the engineer but rather the user, you will always find a way to break tools, break pucks, break spindles... its...

    Milling titanium

theres a lot to unpack here. first off, what TheLabGuy said is completely true, in the USA you are responsible for the longevity of the prosthetic that comes with a bit more though. 1. its just not as simple as calculating a crown; you are typically not provided toolpaths or tooling that...

Using a scanning wand on all on x cases possible now.

innovation is expensive, the usa would rather import already developed solutions than develop and have it all cleared by regulatory red tape.

right, now you understand why i snickered as i did earlier when op said Flawless.
