Tip is you must make the model wet (😁) ..at least 10 minutes in water .
After you apply separator , take the air gun and gently air it for a few seconds to dry separator and blow off spot where separator is stuck in a larger quantity ...
Seal the model very well before pouring .. i apply wax...
I can tell you 10000% it was my separator ...
1 month ago my go to separator emptied and i used a bottle of separator which i found in my lab ... going back in time ..1 month every pouring had those voids and lack of material ..i pour for almost 10 years now .. never had problems before i used...
I solved it !! Liquid separator was out of date grrrrrrrrrr ... so simple but almost made me buy a new pressure pot .. who i didnot ask but everybody kindly suggested their angle on what might cause it .
Separation it seems to be a very important factor in pouring ..always have a fresh and good...
Only thing i changed is the separator liquid .. i am using now an old bottle i had for years after my regular separator has emptied.. it may be this one is expired and makes me all this problems ? Ordering a new one today and hope this was my issue becsuse every other step i work like the book ..
Ohh.. yes ots like a bike / car .. not losing any pressure because i release the air after 1 hour .. +.i have a watch which shows 2 bars are filled with air ... in the past i had what you are talking about and then i had all over the denture micro mini bubbles.. in this case my air its ok

I am using this technique for years now had 0 problems so far , recently last month or so i always get these bubbles or how you call them ... lack of filling of acrylic in random places of the dentures ..always in thr internal side facing the gypsum and never on the bucal sides .. on the bucal...
Most of results are like this where i need to put much work to get those leftovers off
I had some lucky days ..very few where the denture is so clean it only needs some pumis polish and its ready to go ..have no idea how that came to be
Any recommendations of good small milling machines for doing temporary crowns ? I saw at a lab a small milling machine which was creating temporary crowns from a disc shape white material and i really enjoyed the end result .. i would love your thoughts on what is good to look into ❤
