mile zero: i have run into the EXACT same issues with eclipse light cure material. i started using "Mega tray" brand- everything is coming out PERFECT. send me a message i will get u the number. they are also much cheaper than eclipse. its like 42 dollars.

i love them! Main reason being that i dont need to inject a flexible clasp also dont forget my doctors have all (and i mean all of them) really liked the fact that they can adjust chairside. BUT thats my own 2 cents.

BEST wax on the market by far is Nobilium wax get from Nationwide dental. It boils out clean, and very very easy to work with. The teeth dont move once set... and at 30 bucks for a 5 pounder. is just perfect!!
