I'm curious. What issue are you having that you need to calibrate? We only use this mill for e.max. I had #1 tool stuck in the chuck and had to pull it out with pliers. Then support had me mill 2 calibration blocks. Luckily their was no calibration needed because it was within tolerances.
What is everyone's consensus? Our ceramist takes all the cases thru excursions and removes interferences. This takes her half the day for about a dozen units. Cant this be done in virtual articulator in 3 shape? Im looking to save time but not sacrifice quality if that's possible. :)
We use gingifast rigid. Scans without powder, more economical than the CAD version, and holds up pretty well after being taken on and off multiple times.
If you are using a roland its pretty easy. You just have to configure it in the vpanel . Then when you send to mill the job will go to which ever mill you have selected.
Who's paying the note on all that equipment and who is your reseller? They should be a resource! Harvest ZCAD works great for us milling wax. Splints take too much time in the mill when you could mill many other things in the amount same time. Stick to the suck down, packing, or light cure.
