I had some bubles but not in that stage, once I deflask and polish, I heat treated to Hi so the night guard becomes less cloudy whitish, but now I fixed that problem....
Hi Lab guy
I read some where that the Nickel in the base alloy that makes the galvanic reaction not Co Cr and those UCLA 's are Co Cr ....But the problem is we don't have those in Canada yet.
I use 2 thin porcelain separating discs to give more shiny surface to my emax and Zr,( I stain and spray glaze in front of a vacuum the surface of my work becomes chalky white) then I put it in the furnace.
Its contradiction to splint with Ivoclar... But I never understood when you can have a pontic as a first bicuspid and cant splint 2 lower centrals together.
I don't know if its parameters problem its more like distortion problem. Do you think the speed of the spindle has to be lower for wax so it want distort?
Thanks Gru for your reply.
Hi,
lately i started outsourcing my stl files to be milled in wax, I am getting open margins on the wax patterns but when I ask them to mill in PMMA the fit are perfect.
I know the milling center is using Roland to mill the wax is there something to be done to avoid this open margins.Thanks.
I have been using this Technic for more than 6 years I always have a good result. Try to squeeze a new metal and lower the settings, and try to balance your weld by going the opposite side. Good luck.
Besides vertex articulators what is your system to fast and accurate articulation for upper and lower jaw. This is one Technic I use. By the way thats a playdo inside of the upper and lower jaw.
