The 2mm has about 3 hrs in it and I am getting no chipping on the margins. The 1 mm is old and needs changed out. Also it makes no difference when I put new burs in.
Did that three weeks ago and no change. I take the cover off once a year and clean it. This time I cleaned and greased it per their instructions. They don't have an answer for the problem, so now it's "call us if it gets any worse":rolleyes:

I got a Kaeser KRD 075 at an auction. The manual says I need a water separator before it and after it. After that just plug in and go? When I call Kaeser I can't get much info, since I'm not buying a new one. Motor runs good, is there anything else I need to check?

Why does it matter if LiSi is 50 mpa stronger? E.max's biggest complaint is that it is grey not that it fractures. E.max has been used for years with success. Adding 100mpa to it won't make it less grey.
