Hello everyone
I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada
Now that I have officially retired, I've decided to start selling off some of the items from my lab.
I'm going to try and sell most of the larger items, to the local labs.
One of the items I do have for sale, is the latest version of Labnet...
I'm just about to press my first case using the MT ingot.
I know you use the same program in the Zubler Vario Press, as you would pressing the HT ingot.
I don't use the LDS Zubler program.
In the Ivoclar info, the HT ingots press 5* lower than the LT
I've never pressed an HT emax ingot, just...
I heard the Dekema's have been a pain ! I'll second everone's comments about Jensen at least as far as the sales reps and tech reps. The technical reps have been phenominal in helping me out of numerous jams and questions. Bit shout out to Steve C, Cezar, and Terry
I can understand if you placed an analog or replica in an implant impression and it was your mistake, but it sounds like this goes back as far as whoever placed the implant, they didn't have that encode abutment in the proper position or the robot placed the analog in the wrong position.
I just...
For tooth born restorations I'm using 60 - 70% special liquid and for the implant cases I'm using 20% special liquid which is what Bego recommends the lowest that you go. Years ago when I first started casting Nobel Biocare's gold adapts, we were using Jensen's Classic IV and using a low burnout...
It's been happening for a while now and I know it's something I'm doing. The 3i UCLA the other day and this NobelReplace goldadapt - no room for error. The Nobel active gold adapts you have some room for some flash if it happens, without a big headache ! I guess the way I was looking at it -...
I live in Canada and my bottle is actually expired
Ref # 597064 Exp 2015-09 Lot NL0251
My guess it's 3 - 4 years old.
The only thing is says on the label < 1% Hydrofluoric acid
It's been ages since I've used metal casting rings.
I've been having flash over on the metal collars and sometimes on the seating surfaces of Nobel Biocare gold adapts and 3i UCLA abutments.
The metal also goes inside the screw access hole form the top, but never to the screw seating surface -...
I don't own a Stratos articulator and I have yet to mount a 3i encode case when sending it to Florida. I've been doing 3i cases for about 2 years now. They always come back with the mounting plate attached, which I have no use for, so I just knock it off. In Canada even the basic Stratos...
I press to metal using Jensen's Pulse Interface and press to Zi using Ivoclar's Zirpress. Since day one the pulse interface presses well, but the press will lift the
metal framework 90 - 95% of the time on molars. Pressing bicuspids is a lot more consistent - what you wax is what is pressed and...
I also have a Zubler VP300. I'm just using the regular Emax press cycle in the Zubler and getting excellent results. I'm only getting a very small amount of reaction layer and putting the crowns in the Invex liquid and ultrasonic for 2 minutes. I'm using Bego Bellavest SH and 40% special liquid...
HI Doug
The software was working great, but my desktop decided that it had enough and was constantly crashing. As it turns out, something on the motherboard decided to retire. I di have someone able to back my hard drive up.
No one at Labnet ever told me that if my computer crashed that I...
