    Do you always etch?

I etch zir anyway, but I agree with you it is a concern, less bonding for zir crowns. But on the other hand it is easier to knock zir crown down if need to be replaced for something else, otherwise how you can extract zir crown if it would bond stronger as emax? That is why I like emax monolithic...

it is simple, if you will ask any experienced denture-man in your lab how he want you to place it,before he makes the rest after your framework, or he'll come for you,lol

    I'm not a ceramist.

sorry man, but my first observation tells me that your crown a little whiter than #9 and rest of the teeth, second middle line is tilting side-way. .....maybe I am wrong? But if patient is happy that what is most important.

    Industry dying!

Sorry for blunt statement, but all your post sounds like wishful thinking of greedy employer. The way you wrote I have doubts that you pay such money to begin with. Were it comes to shades/shapes and who to hire my experience would be quiet an opposite. Do you know my friend what custom...

    Education in Ceramics

I can tell that the BEST and the cheapest way to learn porcelain is to go to the laboratory work for free in return to have a chance to do porcelain. I would recommend start from wax and metal finish or even model work if you want to be good ceramist. Most of these dental schools have know...
