Is it ok to let Keystone Soft splints in the printer over night?

Indications claims no more than 8 hrs on the plate, but i've been more than 12 with no trouble. Anyway i bet that any lab in the whole world is more than 8 hrs empty of employers

Tried it but no bueno design. Maybe a one-two years from now will be a big bang, but no for nowadays. Sorry to say that.

Any update on Cyrstal Ultra for hybrid applications and how they are working out?

Tried Trilor years ago. Easy milling with a compo template. Strong bond with all Bredent's components. Need to avoid contact with gingiva around Ti basis and overcontour because it´s a brittle material, so no bueno for gingiva if the implants are subgingival. . Then, after few cases, didn´t...

Milling emaxCAD on imes icore 350i

No that kind of troubles for 2 years milling emax in my 350. Even milled post emax. I dont press, my time is more rewarding than the cost of an emax block. I guess that maybe you have a problem in the quality of your burs, excessive burs wear or wrong milling strategy: 1- calibrate your 350 2-...

    Secondary superstructure locator design

Hi. .03 gap around the bar is OK, though i use 0.05 - 0.1. I think 1mm aroun the caps are too much. Open a thin (1.2mm bur) hole on the top of the secondary's housing on each locator as you said, sandblast cap and housing, lubricate generously the parts not involved and lute all together, not...

    DWX-50 not calibrating

I'm sorry. Bad news for you allI. I had that exact problem 3 years ago. The Zr powder is introduced inside the groove in the back shown in the pic, then cracks the motherboard. It has to be replaced. Mucho $$. Take care to seal that groove as shown.

    Sintering Frame Support

Lately i have noticed that use of frame support is no needed, at least in the modern multi Zrs. Done many bridges like this with no problemo.

    Millable composite

Want to mill it for crowns over toronto bars. Have been using Bredent's HIPC with good outcome, but colors are being very inconsistant between discs lately. Want to try Coltene and Grandio. The bad is that ...it's a composite, and will discolor yes or yes.

    CAD CAM Telescopes and frameworks

If made over teeth, peek primary would need maybe too much volume, think gold or metal would work better . If made over implants, no problemo. Peek over peek for sure. Just mill some samples with different gaps before you mill the final over structure. For my Roland and my tools, gap is...

    Bruxers and RPDs

Bruxist are my nightmare. They break all my PFM, FCZ,...The only stuff that supports the bite is, surprisingly, e-max crowns, but no way for bridges. I have even thought to bond e-max crowns to a NP implant frame for Bridges. I have also tought to use acetal covered with composite for that C&B...

    Ivoclar ZirCAD

That's funny. I noticed the same tight friction with Zircad and White Peaks. Cube x2 and Kerox fits like a glove. I too thought it was a mistake entering the shrinkage value or a factory lapse. I solved by rubbing softly the inner of the crows with a paintbrush. Then i disvovered that if you do...
