    I use flexi stone as well. Also, you can use Justi wax solvent and scrub down after opening during boilout, i find that applying a thick coat of separator, THREE times, with drying in between keeps the stone from sticking.

    I putty the denture so i can remove it, grind out the inside and the outer edge, sure go ahead and swab on some monomer, the replace and shoot. That way theres some new all the way around.

    Oh, see I've never used a bonding agent on the teeth, i roughen the teeth up and clean them with monomer before final closing for injection. Never had an issue with loose teeth.

    I have found that if I do not roughen the backs of the teeth a bit, the will have more reason to pop out because the acrylic has nothing to bond to. Just as if you do not roughen up acrylic during repair, you will get a line of demarkation. Id suggest trying to roughening up the teeth.

    We invest with buff stone and top with flostone, boil out for a total of 11 min so the wax doesnt soak into the stone, I also use Justi wax solvent and a toothbrush just to scrub a little. Dont skimp on the separator, three thick coats to make it shine. And i have minimal problems with stone on...

    injection on implant cases

    We do the same as KTR. We inject with the ivobase system. We screw down and fill the holes with either a silicone based material, or lately we've used plumbers tape which has worked wonders.

    As someone mentioned before, qtip with monomer works wonders. Also, if the terth are not porcelein, are you roughening up the back surface well enough?
