Hi, Any one getting feedback or issues with Medentika Ti base for Zimmer 4.1 and 4.7 mm implant platform?
Issues like Chimney fracture/separating from base of Ti base or Hex Fracturing/separating from bottom engaging portion of Ti base?
Thanks
Hi,
Any tips on how to fabricate tooth #2 implant crown to replace #2 crown that was used as a distal retainer for retentive clasp on an existing RPD?
No rest seats involved here, only existing buccal and lingual clasps
Only have implant#2 in mouth so I cant use old crown to help me.

Just finished #7 and #9 , impression straight off of regular healing abutements- I contoured gingival mask to give me ideal contours and designed gingival margins all the way to tip of gingival margin- in situ it fit exact-
May not have to make provisional implant crown in select cases-...
Any issues with the Doc complaining that the abutment is causing the gingivae in situ to blanch too much? Or that the buccal bulge of the abutment is too subgingival?
What is the best way to get adequate emergent profile of the soft tissue for #9 implant if the Doc sends impression of soft tissue emergent profile shaped only by the healing abutement?
Thanks

The liquid in Miyo is Insync glaze liquid
If you let Insync glaze paste dry out on a brush, you get a fine granular porcelain powder too.
If we know how long Insync glaze paste lasts in vivo, we can get some idea how long Miyo will last, it seems to be based on the Insync glaze system??
Am I...
Since Insync glaze has been out for about a while, is their any feed back from dentists on how long the glaze holds up in the patients mouth?
Any input??
I tried that but invariably you get pieces of tissue stuck to the tip.
I think I came up with a foolproof way of avoiding this nasty, time waster issue-
Just coat the tip all the way up from the base to the hole of the tip with Vaseline. You do it once and it will last a long time- any extra...
Anyone know how to change Ti base from lets say a 3.5 mm height to a 4 mm height in a finished implant crown without starting from scratch?.
I didn't see any options in expert mode?
True. But why would the dentist want a nice shiny Ti abutment over a slightly dull one if it has no affect on show thru?
It probably is easier to handle intra-orally due to not being so slippery.
