Yeah thats similar to what we're doing. I'm always looking for more streamlined ways of doing things. Freakin stone models bottleneck everything, lol.

We design on Exo but also scan cases in with our 3shape system as well as trios imports. Put scans into a central folder that...

    Stratasys J5 DentaJet

I agree. Lots of questions. with that radial build and 2 or three machines you could produce a crazy amount of models.

    Stratasys J5 DentaJet

That J3 looks pretty nice. I like the concept for printing large amount of models overnight etc. Not sure what the price is but I image its a pretty penny.

    Haus ML Pro zirconia?

Its most likely aidite 3dpro rebrand. It has basically identical specs. In case you didn't know, a lot of the very popular zirconia brands in the US use zirconia from china or are rebrands of chinese brands which process about 90% of the worlds zirconia.

Digital Analogs in 3D Printed Modelwork

Had similar issue. Fixed it by getting Doc new scan bodies. The doctors office was autoclaving the scan bodies ( not titanium ones) and they were warping. Fixed issue.

3D Printed Implant Model Work Discrepancies

Sure. It completely eliminated the issue for us. They disinfect them a different way now.

3D Printed Implant Model Work Discrepancies

Had that issue in the past. It wasn't our form 3b+ printer. The Dr office was autoclaving the scan bodies and it warps them enough to screw everything up. Got them new set and everything was back to normal.

Computer setup for Exocad software and Medit T510 scanner

Very similar to what I'm using except i use 2x2Tb ssd's, plus externals hd's and winodws 11 pro. Runs butter smooth. Keep in mind hard drive space always fills up faster than expected.
