Received smile library’s from Filippos Filippidis that he converted from exocad to 3shape. Library’s are beautiful and worked flawlessly in design! Except have to plane cut underneath pontic so 3shape will allow for cut to gingiva. Which to me was very minor. Said he would work on that minor issue

I do them out of Ag/Pd wax & cast post as previously said,opaque send to dr they inset take impression they etch prior to emax insertion

Centrals enamel is to dense for that translucent of zirconia will always look grey even with all the lumin you can possibly put on . Need to go to more opacified zirconium maybe HT+ om3 or Argen z

I downloaded firmware to my knowledge there's not a specific dme I will try sg but proper dme has me confused ?

Had for about a year didn't know 3shape had a dme for it . Used begos bece cast dme for a while after they bagged the outsourcing also tried default zirconia crown removed drill comp saw no difference. I'd like to see it working myself no call for models yet.

I used a whole cartridge of castable resin trying to get an acceptable internal fit ran the gamut of cement gaps I would not call any a success now sits in corner looking technical

I will say everyone i talked to is more than pleasant but production and customer service are 2 different departments just disappointing when receive case a few days later and say what am I gonna do with this
