    Vita Zyrcomat 6000 MS error

Hello, the only solution I found is to send it in to a certified Vita Service for check up and repairs. After changing all elements, Vita Germany told me to get a new main board. After replacing that, I could run 3 sintering cycles, and the same message appeared again. Vita send me an update...

    Vita Zyrcomat 6000 MS error

Hello, I have the same error message, but with the difference, that it comes up shortly after I start any sinter cycle. Vita says one or more heating elements have to be changed. After changing all elements, still the same message. Anyone has an idea? Thanks a lot in advance.

Coritec 250i vs Arum 5x-300 for small lab

Nabertherm and MihmVogt are both good ovens. IMO the MihmVogt are more stable and solid. If you can, go for the ones with lift and speed cycle. Since 2 years we have a Vita Zyrcomat, and we are very happy with it. For us as a small lab, this one is a perfect solution. Speed, pre-dry, easy to...

    Yenadent D10

The VHF S1 I also have in mind. How is the Yenadent D15 compared to the VHF S1? Doesn't the milling speed depend on the CAM software you use?

    Yenadent D10

I'm n the same boat. I've been looking at the VHF K5 and also Yenadent D10W. At the moment I'm leaning more to the Yenadent, because of the wet option, 4mm tools, incl. post processor and price. For the K5 I think it will not last long if you mill CoCr even if they say so and it has no wet...

    Light cured wax framework

I tryed the LiWa, didn't like it. The material ist softer than Primotecs and that makes it mor difficult to adapt to the model. IMO the one from Primotec is more advaced and developed.

    best porcelain firing oven

Sorry, but I haven't been pleased with ivoclar ovens. Don't know the new ones but the p95 and x1 I had were overfiring always and they are quite pricey. Best furnace for me Dekema, Zubler and Vita. All three rock solid.

Missing equipment puzzles in "digital" lab...

Check for the handpiece perfecta 900 from W&H. It's a high speed handpiece to work on zirconium or ceramic. Much better than a normal turbine.

    MIHM VOGT - TABEO

Thanks for all the info. We mostly use pre-colored material. For us it's very difficult to get anything dental wise. We are in the middle of nowhere. No dental dealer around, everything has to be imported from overseas. So we are happy for any company who wants to deal with us. If it would be...

    MIHM VOGT - TABEO

I also was looking at the tabeo. For me it has pros: heating elements, good quality at a fair price, reliable company. Cons: front door, no speed cycle, no pre-dry. For me as a small lab I went for the vita Zyrcomat 6000 MS, reasons: I had already the controller for other furnaces, any kind of...

    Formlabs 2 3D Printer?

That's not really a new thing. 3D printing affects many different industries. There are a few ceramic materials out there and different methods. Formlabs just adapting the materials to their printer so it's more versatile. Gesendet von meinem F3112 mit Tapatalk

    Light cured wax framework

It's working fine. No problems. Check also for the vertical casting ring. Up to three frames in one ring, only 300g of investment. Time and money saving, but it's a different material than wax, you have to get used to it.

What printer to buy for RPD

If you go to the IDS, why not scan a few cases and save your design on a few USB sticks. Drop them at all the companies you're interested and let them come back to you. They want to sell, so let them proof their promises. By the way there are a few dental companies selling the form 2 now, can't...

    Kulzer's palajet injector

With some thermopress equipment you can do the same, but only auto curing material not hot.

    Kulzer's palajet injector

It works good. My favorite is the unipress system by schuetz dental. You don't need airpressure and can use hot and auto curing acrylics. Worked with it for many years. Great system! Gesendet von meinem F3112 mit Tapatalk
