Does anyone know why am I not able to view DLN using Tapatalk any more? When I click on DLN I get this. It has been going on for a month now. Any help will be appreciated.
I am sorry, I can not help you with the choice of machines. I have stopped using co/cr long time ago and have never purchased the machine.

I also used the same as the one in the picture and it takes a long time to melt a large amount of co/cr.
Evantually it will melt.
I used the alloy for pfm. What a bad idea without induction casting machine.
Also 30psi oxygen.

Just start using the spray in the chamber. Spray more over deposits. I assume that the silicon penetrates and loosens the build up deposits.
There will be less and less of the build up every time you wash the chamber.

It just makes things cleaner.
Nothing sticks to the treated surface. I used to wet clean the chamber and dry it and then treat it with the silicon spray.
I use it on all of my equipment. Model trimmer and other equipment looks like new after 15 years.

When I had my cerec mill I used food grade silicon spray every day. I started using it after years of build up. After couple of weeks the build up disappeared. I do not know how that worked but it did.

Only mechenical retention on the ZR side so far. Can not etch it. We will have to see how successful the results are in the future. I would like to see some data. Does anyone have it?

I have a question, before removing fractured appliance did any one checked if there was any space betwin parts. If yes, would this show that the abutments are in a slitely different position then on the master cast?
And does this happens mostly on mandibular arch?

For zirconia 0.5 mm burr is good. For 1:1 milling it did not do well for me. I thought Sirona released 0.3mm burr.

There are many pluses and many minuses, in my view, but at least there is tech support at no charge and Patterson dental is in almost every city to repair it. And I believe 2 or 3 years warranty, I am not sure. Unfortunately it did not work out for me for the reasons that are unique to my...
