Thanks man! Yeah I see what your saying now. The snap shot I posted of the crown design was during the bar phase so once I actually got to building the crowns it was slightly different. I had a denture setup for patient approval so I tried to copy that as much as possible
The hardest part for me was learning the do's and dont's of the gingiva tool. Luckily I had worked that out on a few zirconia cases so it was pretty simple once I got to this.

Ive done it a few times on copings. I put it in for a few hours then blasted the rest off. Havnt had them come back, but as to if it effects the strength I have no clueDontknow
