    Frs spru voids

    I had the same problem with TCS, dropped the injection temp by 50 degrees and have not had any problem. If the problem persists drop the temp by another 25 degrees. The cartridge heater temp may not be accurate.

    I take tissue paper and tape it to a sheet of printer and print on the tissue where there is no tape, then remove the tissue paper carefully and cut out the name. When you use clear acrylic and monomer the tissue paper disappears and all you have is the name.

    Emax ingot

    I use the multi ingot for all posterior. I love the multi translucent layers, the cusp are lighter and the body is MT and the gingival is LT. They solve all of the color problems of the mono ingot.

    Problem with contacts

    With all the Dr's I work with I have one that likes his contacts tighter than the others, it has to have that special snap of the floss. Some times that's just the way it is.

    Try the multi ingot D2. I use the multi for almost all my crowns, they are LT at the gingival, MT in the middle and HT on the cusps. For bi's and molars they are glaze and go.

    A couple things I want to add that I did also was the burnout temp is 1562 for 1 hour 30 min and I used a disposable plunger instead of the alox.

    need help flasking

    make sure that when you cover the clasps and teeth that you taper the stone like a teepee. long and a mild slope to the edge of the flask. and use lots of separator before you pour the 2nd half.
