You could block out the #7 die heavily and press everything with the same ingot. When your done with case use light cure opaque that matches the stumph shade (GC Gradia) on the inside of crown. Just make sure the Dr uses self curing cement when delivering. This has saved me many of headaches...
I've always used a HP #1170S. Like John said make sure your hand piece runs smooth. At full speed it cuts like butta.
Komet has a kit that looks cool but probably expensive...
Easiest and least expensive would be JDT quizzes and documenting articles you've read in LMT, IDT, etc.
One course will usually provide more than enough credits for the year minus infection control and be more beneficial to you than skimming an article for quiz answers. The quizzes are nice...
If the dr asked for an A2 and nothing more and that's what you produced I think you should charge at least $100 for an in-office custom shade plus your crown fee or adjustment fee. This dr will remember to send the next pt for a custom shade if he or she has to pay for their error this time. If...
Not sure about CubeX but Imagine can be thinner than .8mm.
From their site:
General
Wall Thickness: Posterior ≥0.5 mm
Anterior ≥0.3mm
Connector Cross Sections:
Posterior ≥12 mm²
Anterior ≥12 mm²
I think we have the same setup with mill and vac. The ecovac is an awesome vac, did you build up the bottom of the cabinet to support the bofa bag better? Our first bag lasted close to 6 months but tore at the top because the bofa bag is a little short for the eco. Luckily I check it every day...
I would suggest making a verification jig just to rule out any discrepancies between the mouth and model first. Since the debonding is happening when the screw is tightened the coping may not be seated completely and when torqued it's breaking loose from bridge. Although it should take quite a...
I tried the Wieland spray glaze a while back. I thought it looked really good but it was too messy and expensive to consider using it on a regular basis.
Some of my emax guides were purchased before all of the shades were released. I'd like to be able to trade it in for one that's complete. I have hungry kids too.

I've fired it from 1500 to 1585 and everywhere in between and never got the trans I wanted. The Wieland stains made them more opaque, plus it's way too concentrated. The shaded disks without pre-sinter stain weren't too bad for some shades but I prefer to shade before sintering.

I forget what they're calling it but the new version of exocad is supposed to have a new feature in the free forming step where you can click and pull that area anywhere you want so basically there aren't any distinctions between parts when using this tool. You can also mark an area of the crown...
That sounds interesting. Are you making changes to the config file to get better placement of the tooth presentation? If you don't want to say now I understand. I've played with the xml files some but not to the extent you have, I was curious where you'd begin for such a thing.

Actually it was a rep from Nobel that tried his best to derail her presentation. He expected her to design a 3 unit implant bridge and bar in an hour while teaching 30+ people. The clinic was intended to show people the possibilities exocad offers not an one hour crash course on every module...
If you have the box checked to always merge for laser sintering and there is a hole somewhere it won't merge. Just uncheck the box and it will merge everything fine. Unless it's for laser sintering then you'll need to figure out how to fix the hole but it won't matter if you're milling.
I should be on my way there right now but flight out of Norfolk was cancelled due to weather. Finally got it sorted out and should be at the Swiss by midnight. I'll be needing a drink or two by time i get there.
