Be more elaborate with your issue. During milling did it just flip? Could be as simple as a A axis cable being replaced, if not then maybe motherboard. It is usually the cable.

cable 100 euro , ax motor 70 euro . ax driver repair 200 euro min 4 weeks or new board around 3000 euro

simple to check.

I'm betting on the A cable. Motors rarely go, main boards can go but unlikely. I have been through two main boards only cause I have my k4 in a cabinet. Since taking it out of the cabinet, no issues.

Blank holder rotation stucks or it rotates in wrong direction so milling bur gets broken and milling also fails. I changed collect chuck but it is not resolved.

So what could be the solution?
Thank you for your reply. !!

A axis cable is my first go to, the little board probably went bad. The newer versions are much better and have ground wires in them.

Like so? This was my k4 about two weeks ago. Out getting a 4yr overhaul.

Does the mill reference well at the beginning weird noise ??? is the blanck holder plane in the right position ?? If its the cable try with another from the board if you have a bit technical knowledge but one hand at the emergency bottom , they although can refresh the ini on the board dont think it helps . If its the board versus the A ax controller they can repair 200 Euro or 3000 for a new board . Is it under warranty ??. By the way the board is still a peace of **** 3 fans to cool the S 1 S 2 are without they know that very well .

Thank you for your guidance.
Milling reference initially is fine when i turn on machine.

But during Milling when it changes the bur the holder rotates in wrong direction. So milling bur gets broken and damages the holder.

I changed the collect chuck as guided by Wieland support from germany.

Is it exactly 180 degrees flip so the burs are head down exactly opposite if yes the motor gets a wrong signal maybe caused by wrong versus broken ini

First search for the MG folder and make a copy

Yes. It some times put the bur exactly 180 degree fliped position so on the underside of holder.

So what should i do for this problem?

Did you try, or discuss with support getting the parts to check the cable and then the board as both @Sevan P and @cadfan have suggested?

This is the path you should take to fix your issue. I had to replace A axis cable. Wieland support walked me through it.

Yes take the six bolts off from three bottom of the housing. Pull open door. Pull up cover and undo the ground cable. Then on the right side you will see a small board on the platform unscrew four small screws and indo cable. Simple everything is out in open.

Hello,

please check and measure for a cable breackage a-axis first.

i would go this way too but if the basic reference is ok and while tool change its exactly 180 degrees flipped a breakage who cause this might be a wonder . correct me if i am wrong rotation is calculated via motor rotations and end position finally stopped via conductive switch
