Wonder how many are joining her for Thanksgiving dinner?
She invited the neighbors over for a good ole fashioned "homemade" dinner. My question is why did I spend $3 at the store for yeast rolls?

Hamadillo: A pork tenderloin baked with 2lbs + of bacon draped over it (overlapped like shingles/armadillo scales).
I can't divulge the rest, as I just eat the thing and get shoo'd out of the kitchen while the amazing Mrs cooks it.

Wouldn't call it unique, but trying an oil-less turkey fryer this year.
If it is a failure then.........

Or, I'm flying out to AZ to have tamales with Inn0xx if we can make it in time.

Better book your tickets now :D...every "miracle" appliance we've tried so far was a disaster...can't cheat on ingredients then expect it to taste good...

Tried a few chickens, they came out good, just not as good as healthy fried.

I've never fried a turkey or tasted one before but I hear nothing but excellent results and great taste. One person I know uses this Cooker to fry it and he says the secret to having it taste good is peanut oil!
