Since I am trying to get most of my work from IO scans via the net, I thought why not try it?? Most people these days are used to purchasing goods over the net and paying by credit card. I am finding that they seem to like not having a large bill to pay at the end of the month.
Sometimes hare-brained ideas work.

No invoice. Statement on the 25th to hell with Visa MC and the bank fees... Pay by the 10th in full and receive 2.5% discount. I have 0 accounts past due and never have in 24 years. I give thanks for that.

invoice in full the day the case arrives, all new clients on credit cards, half the account base close on the 15 the other end of month. Charge credit cards the day I close, visa an master card. 2% surcharge if you choose AMEX.

AR is ALWAYS current now and I don't worry one bit if I am to get paid anymore.

Doctors that pay on the first of the month receive a 3% discount, pay by the fifteenth and receive a 1.5% discount. Too many accounts waited until the last week of the month to pay, so this incentive evens things out.
