sum3d wax splint strategy ?

so i need to machine some soft wax into a splint, looking for a strategy for roland dwx50 2mm /1mm only.

anyone got any ideas ?

have run the unit as a "bridge" in simulation and it seems to have correctly simulated the piece, but this will put a heck of a lot of time on the 1mm bur.

upside change 1 mm to 2 mm for smooth no 1 mm need for that i think same internal ( 2 mm smooth) and add 1 mm residual for inside corners. if you have 3 mm tool upside ill think its ok too
