This case I would angle correct the hole to the facial more, to get the hole more down in the body, then we are pressing Emax plugs. Extra work extra money, gives them what they want until the see the invoice.

Planning makes our lives easier and allows for a better end result, but until we all penalize the client (higher prices) for lack of planning there is little reason for them to change.

We always press 2 plugs so they have one for the future.
Do you have any photos of the crown and plug? I'd love to see them.

I guess I will spill the beans, the trick when doing this in cad is to use the veritcal offest in the screw channel in 3shape. This allows the hole to be tapered and easier to seat and hit the margins.

Its so easy to tell the production Drs... I thought he overprepped the bi, but the circumference of the root is just as small!

Its a shame to say.. but I just want the bridge to fit well, which I think it should, its a clean impression. As far as occlusion, symmetry.. well thats anyones guess, with no other bite than the triple tray. Either I nail it, he adjusts it, or its way off and the dialogue begins... I already did another case just like this for him a few weeks ago and it went fine...

I would either send a frame tryin and request a new bite registration or make a pmma temp bridge as a test run.

I think they are related to the family of Billy Bob teeth fame.
Yup, I bought a set of Billy Bob teeth just like that for a costume party.

.......Oh Ive just noticed the lateral, if it wasn't so bad it would be funny.

This was a fun one that popped up today. Please make 2 crowns, A2. I called, trying to find out any more info, or if I can do some type of substructure that will anchor a partial. Dr said "No, no... patient already pay-a two crown; just make-a two crown..."

Fine... I Make-a two crown...
