we had the same problem yesterday too. We didn't reinstall but 3SC wouldn't let us log in for about 20 minutes.

Cerec Connect Portal has NOT been seemless - when they switched from cerec connect to sirona connect i thought i was going to jump off a tall building

lol I guess I can be glad that they had already made the switch when we started using the portal.

just had the same experience on Dental Designer 2014 trying to send a design to a dr for approval from a client on a client/server setup and it wont send from the client but sent fine from the server.
