Hi there, I have a partial replacing #3, #14, #15 and a facing on #10. The facing on #10 has already been cold-cured for aesthetic try-in. I'm afraid of damaging #10 when I deflask. I'm new to this world so any advice would be appreciated! I'm thinking of just putting putty around #10 as a cushion and flasking around that.

Remove it and set it in place with wax and process it in heat-cure along with the rest.

Doctor wants tooth colored acrylic for the anterior. The tooth colored acrylic we have is cold cure and its already set.

Your idea of insulating it with putty will work.

Agreed, This is what I used to do all the time when processing posteriors, after seting RAPs with tooth shaded, cold-cure.

Deflasking went great! Thanks for all the help. Putty was the way to go.
