Well, if none of you guys are going to buy this, then I guess I will.

I have been watching this go down in price, and now is the time.

Will be mill #6 for me of this type. I LOVE them!!

Never needs service and just runs and runs. (OK, I grease the rails and screws 2x a year...that's it!)

I have a 2004 unit that still will not quit. I don't even clean them at all for years now.

Just run them.

when seller refuses to ship outside the states its very hard for a lot of labs who are looking for this to place an offer.

not saying we'd want one, just saying the exclusivity of only taking offers from the usa kinda kills the deal.

This mill is awesome! Except for the cost of replacing a spindle....as much as the machine for a refurbished one after warranty.

LOL, I bought many extra spindles for $1000 each from ebay.

??

SETCO will also rebuild them very cheap.

They are in US and this is all they do pretty much.

Most people put too much grease on the collet and this is why they seize.

I do not use that grease and rarely change or service the collet.

I have One spindle here that made it 10 years!

Did you know that half the time you get a spindle frequency error, this can be fixed with a 1/4 watt, 100 Ohm resistor from Radio Shack for $0.20?

This goes to spindle controller where the spindle's internal thermistor's wires end up at the controller.

Stuff it in-line with One of the wires. Done! LOL

The controller throws an error for weird reason. You do not get overheat message on-screen, but it is temp related error.

Nothing wrong with the spindle.

Huh....no it's safe to say I didn't know any of this. I'm not the tech that is married to the mill though. Thanks, good info!!! I suppose you know how to unlock one of these with a toothpick and a gum wrapper? Lol Cheapest I heard to convert is $7k....

Yeah, about $7k for CAM to convert.

If you have 5 mills, it is still only $7k....then all are open!

Same CAM software can power many other mills as well!

We use same CAM to run HAAS 5-axis or any other mill.

Very good value!

Open CAM is a must have eventually for anyone wanting to do DentalCAD/CAM.

GO BIG! Things get much cheaper the larger you get!

What would it cost to add a 98mm puck holder?
