Hi all , recently started working with flex star material from nobilium .I dont have any experience with flexible resins so far.Problem is i am getting seams/folds areas after cooling .im sure that moisture isnt to blame ,since i dry flasks thoroughly then apply separator also their product (nobil shield) and dry some more in an owen(although they recommend room temp.flask which is not helping ,if not making it worse) ...Temperature when injecting is spot on 290*C . I really dont see what i might be doing wrong ?All help is welcomed !

We would raise the temp of whatever you use to heat the material 10 degrees Fahrenheit
. The recomended temp is only a starting point. Every piece of equipment needs a little tweeting.

I agree with thedentureman put your flask in a toaster oven at 250f for 10 - 15min before injecting.

Also make sure your sprues are atleast manufacture recommendation maybe a little bigger. Seams or folds from my experience comes from restricted flow. With restricted flow I look at temp. and sprues.
