        What are the settings you are running currently? I believe we are using .30 for extra cement gap and .90 for cement gap. We were having troubles at first with tight fits. But, I would check something else first before you go and tinker with the cement gaps Mate! I would check to see if you have the manufacturing process set up for milling. You must make sure that you have drill compensation selected. If not, then nothing will fit!! I promise!!! Drill compensation must be one half the size of your drill bit plus .05. So if you have a 1mm bur, then your drill compensation is set to .55. Then set your drill compensation angle at .66. This will give you perfect mills on any Zr!! We're on a holiday here and I won't be back in the office until Tuesday. I'll double check our setting just to make sure my memory serves me correctly.
