Starting a lab takes a lot of work. I had help from my family. Dad is Dentist and taught C&B, little brother is a Dentist also. All you need is an oven, and a sink to do models. Then you have an all ceramic, high-end Dental Lab. Go for it! I'd be glad to help provide you with literature for advertising Lava and we offer monthly billing, with net-30. You usually get money from Dentist before our bill is due.
We offer Lava for $77/unit and that includes two-way shipping for free. If you have a decent amount of work, or a large case sent at once, we can work with you on a cheaper price. If you need porcelain, we can also provide that. We like Lava-Ceram from 3M. It is made in Germany, same as WilliGeller CreationZ. It has a lot of chroma, and can be diluted with various clears and effects, without loosing the base shade.
All copings are completed in less than 24hrs.

Now Im ready for my own lab, I want to do all Lava crowns and some Empress, I've got most of my equiment, Just wounding what porcelain you like? Im thinking Weiland's Zeno do you know any thing about it, I have used Vm9,CZR,Creation. I have not opened yet Need to grow some Balls! How much do you charge for copings and whats shipping, turn around time. thanks Betty
