The shade is supposed to be B67, it sure ain't now!

I'm curious if anyone has encountered an agent which produces this effect before.
Sorry about the picture quality. Oh, and ignore the incisal and ip of 8&9, that's an old repair (not mine!) with Jet d4(wha?!)
The setup pic is from the originating lab, I'm replacing the anteriors. If I'm guessing the origin lab correctly, and it's a high probability, the teeth are Myerson's Kennison line.

I do know it isn't Lysterine, you can smell that stuff for a mile.

I don't have any more information to troubleshoot this either.

Is it on the surface ? Try to buff it lightly...see what happens ?

Unfortunately not. This is why the teeth are getting replaced. Tried a sandpaperwheel even. When I took off the centrals, it looks like it's all the way through, but it would look like that if it was just really deep too.

Could it be medications the patient is taking or diet ?

Fairly healthy mid 40s person. No medical issues aside from no teeth, poor brushing habits caught up. So may be a vitamin supplement, but it would be OTC.

Not that I'm aware of. But I can't definitvely say yes of no. I would think that the coloration would be more localized if it were either of those.

They shouldn't.
It may be the teeth are just cheap (MSRP ~$25, lab cost ~$4.50) instead of inexpensive (kdon't kknow much about that brand I'm guessing it is) and maybe he's storing them near a window, but the pink base has no remarkable color change.
