This one as been really fun as I never get to see the after pics...even if they are just camera phone pics they're very helpful.
front 6 are stained e.max, posteriors are FCZ. We are doing lowers in August. Patient was super excited and Dr called right after to say it went great too! That's like crack cocaine when you never hear how things go! Pt was in deprogrammer and temps for 2 months prior to finals. (dr modelwork on diagnostic)

thanks creepshow Bob. thanks affinity.
I haven't found out about pricing yet to have them milled and a good lab to go through. plus waxing diagnostics is strangely calming for me.
If I get a mill here soon I'll definitely make the switch most likely

I havent done a diagnostic waxup in years. Most pts. and docs dont want to pay for them.. but I used to do quite a bit in FL.

I have played around with the temp/diagnostic in 3shape, but havent yet tried it. I might do one for a demo model.. I have some pics of older ones, ill see if I can find them

Pt wants the style no. 16...square-ish.
Doc to extract 7,8,9,10.

And steamer is off, hence the dirty models

I've course you can't see the ins and outs or the opals but you get the vague idea.

Had to "skinny" up one of the laterals, fun.

New outline pmma from anaxdent. First try making snap on type temp for prepless style veneers. Polished surface for finish. Looking to do more this style before trying characterized. Open to tips. Processed according to directions.

Yes the interproximal embrasures between 8,9 are amazing.
