So I still have to do the lower...
So much work just for an ugly grill...
SO the grill is heavy and theres plenty of retention, but it falls off... The internal adaptation is rough and I didn't want the patient to keep abraiding his natural teeth... So I painted a thin layer of paliseal inside and then air hosed it of to a thin layer, and cured it. Its got a nice smooth interior surface now...
Looks good.
So what could I provide the patient to apply inside to assist in retention when he wears it?
