Once again.....very nice work!
We make a lot of these with only one molar band and a occlusal rest on the bicuspid, the U-Loop around the bicuspid and rest are bonded...eliminating the need for a band.
We also often incorporate this design into a Lingual arch and use a IPC to generate the force...we like to use IPCs..LOL

Regards,
Don

Thanks. I've seen the way you make them in the book you sent me.

This is the first one I made so I wanted to make sure it is as stable as possible.
I was thinking of making it with IPCs but this was a freebie so I didn't want to waste 2 IPCs. It's not like they grow on trees, except maybe for you lol

Thanks Trisha
I like taking pictures of my work, this forum gives me the chance to show it to the people that are actually interested orthodontic.
Taking the pictures takes no time at all, it's like reaching for some of the tools I use. It takes less than minute to get a proper photo.
It would be awesome if more members were to post the pictures, specially you, Mike, Don, Cade .... With just a little enthusiasm ortho part of this forum could turn to an real encyclopedia of ortho-tech knowledge we could all learn from.

Your right Teofil! I have been building up my digital photos. My monitor is unable to communicate with my dig. camera. So I need to take and get a CD made, so I can post some photos. I do pretty basic stuff, retainers, RPE's LLA and an occasional distalizer or T-rex. I enjoy the challenges when they come up (especially when they are finished). I have posted a few in the gallery.
As I've said before, I am a bit of a Luddite.
Thanks again for sharing.

Teofil:

Please tell me what size photos can be and how to add them.
Also is there anything in particular you would like me to post?
I am glad to share anything you wish.

Regards,
Don

Hey
The standard size for photos could be 640x480. I always copy the selected photos to new folder and resize them, just to make sure I don't damage the original high resolution images. Some of the image hosting services offer to resize images when you upload but it takes much less time if you upload them already resized.
I usually upload photos to ImageShack® - Image Hosting because it has multiupload option. This means you can upload several images at the same time.
When upload is complete you get several links embedded in code. You can copy/paste these codes to get thumbnail preview or copy direct link to the image and use INSERT IMAGE icon here.
Direct link looks like this
Code:
http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/818/bonesupportedzg6.jpg
I would be interested in seeing everything . From simple stuff to complicated appliances.

OK..I am giving it a try

These are unique because most 3 way appliances must be cut to allow the distalization, these use a telescoping unit...look close.

You can do this without IPC components

Don
