Haas RPE w/ distalizers (IPC) to distalize molars

I just recieved a case where the dr. wants a Haas RPE w/ distalizers (IPC) to distalize molars. I am struggling with what to charge for this?? Any ideas??

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a T-Rex.(acrylic type)
Charge 40 over your Haas price if you use IPC.
